Отвратительное отношение. Купила ребёнку колготки три пары польские, цена 338руб одна пара, не качественные, пришла в магазин показать качество и чтоб две абсолютно новые две пары не распакованы обменять на др фирму, что кассир, что администратор встретили в штыки, повышенный тон, начали мне доказывать, что колготки носились не один день, будто я дура и не знаю ск мы их носили, одели ровно один раз и на попе стали расползаться, тогда администратор начала доказывать, что ребёнок зацепил, я бы не пошла менять колготки, зная, что ребёнок сама порвала, зачем мне навязывать мнение ваше? Потом пытались доказать, что не наш размер. В других магазинах идут на контакт и обменивают, а тут абсолютно новые мы менять не будем. Спасибо за такое отношение и отзыв вам такой же. Не советую магазин.

Купила колготки польские 3 пары, одна пара стоит 338 рублей, колготки некачественные. Одели один день, через пару часов колготки на попе стали расползаться, пришла в магазин, чтоб две новые пары обменять на другую фирму, они абсолютно новые и не распакованы, я понимаю есть закон, но закон я считаю, если распаковали, а тут видно абсолютно новые, в других магазинах идут потребителю на уступки, а тут ещё повышают голос, недовольный кассир, недовольный администратор и ещё пытаются мне доказать, что колготки носидись не один день, будто я не знаю ск их носили, ребёнок ежедневно ложит на стирку колготки, и я не настолько глупа, чтоб мне доказывать, что ребёнок зацепил, я знаю, что она не зацепила, что такое качество. Не советую посещать магазин.
