Рисунок не соответствует картинке на сайте. Размеры не соответствуют заявленным ( на 2 см меньше). Отправила претензию с фото, ни ответа ни привета. Звонки или сбрасывают или хамят. У них оказывается начальству некогда заниматься с покупателями, у них есть дела поважнее (так мне ответили по телефону). Не связывайтесь с этой "шарашкиной" конторой.

Купили модульную картину с цветами в этом магазине. Пробовали вернуть через несколько дней после покупки по правилам с их сайта(14 дней на возврат). Отказываются возвращать деньги, ссылаясь на то, что якобы они делали картину на заказ, хотя мы никаких индивидуальных требований к заказанной картине не указывали и брали серийную модель с сайта. Ещё на одном из модулей плохо натянута ткань, получился пузырь 10 на 10 см. на ткани. Не рекомендую этот магазин.
