Достоинства: Вежливость, Недостатки: Дозвониться очень сложно туда, после заказа мне не перезвонили, пришлось самой это делать, не отправили мне смс номер заказа, курьер не звонит ( приходится целый день сидеть и ждать доставки) потеряла целый день дома, не знаю, привезут ли на следующий день.

Дозвониться в часы пик действительно бывает проблематично, все сотрудники загружены. Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. Мы примем меры и проведем необходимую работу с персоналом.
