Были проездом в магазине Kari (г. Чехов, МО, ТЦ Карусель) 04.02.2020. Дедушка забыл свои очки на стойке. Вернуться в магазин смогли только через 3 дня, т.к. проживаем в другом городе. Сотрудники магазина подтвердили, что нашли очки в тот день и убрали в ящик. Но нам их так и не вернули, т.к. они куда-то исчезли из их ящика. Уехали мы без очков и с неприятными впечатлениями как о магазине, так и о недобросовестных сотрудниках, которые имели отношение к исчезновению очков.

Вероятно, произошло недопонимание при вашем обращении в магазин по поводу забытых очков. Сотрудники действительно сообщили о том, что у них есть очки, но, как оказалось позднее, они принадлежат другому сотруднику. Приносим свои искренние извинения за то, что сотрудник некорректно вас проинформировал. Безусловно, данная ситуация неприятна и для нас и мы разделяем ваши чувства и негодование.
