Один раз покупал в данном магазине. Купил зимние ботинки - пару дней походил, оказалось, что с боков стопы нет меха. Вообще нет, прямо голые участки. Ну, для зимних ботинок в нашем регионе, я считаю, это не приемлемо. Обратились в магазин - обменять или вернуть деньги отказались. Сказали, что все нормально. Серьезно? В зимних ботинках частично нет меха и это нормально?! В общем, на серьезную зиму купил другие, эти для легкой зимы, благо, на машине в них нормально. На улице - только до -5.

Для того чтобы мы могли проверить необходимую информацию в отношении характеристик данного товара, пожалуйста, укажите артикул ботинок. Во избежание подобных ситуаций, мы рекомендуем нашим покупателям после покупки дополнительно примерять обувь дома, чтобы убедиться в том, что эта модель подходит именно вам и устраивает по всем характеристикам. В случае если обувь не подошла, наши покупатели могут в течение 14 дней/90 дней обратиться в магазин, в котором была совершена покупка, и вернуть/обменять обувь (при условии, что товарный вид и потребительские свойства, упаковка и фабричные ярлыки сохранены).
