Купили в конце октября детскую обувь из натуральной кожи и отдали за это уйму денег, сегодня выяснилось, что обувь изготовлена из искусственной кожи. Продавец клялась что обувь из натуральной кожи, берите и не пожалеете. Продавцы теперь все разом говорят, гарантия кончились и теперь это ваши проблемы, когда покупали обувь то куда вы смотрели. Очень ужасно и как вам не стыдно. Вот пусть теперь разбираются компетентные органы.

Качество обуви - это один из первостепенных приоритетов в работе для нас. Весь процесс производства модельного ряда тщательно проверяется. Каждый этап изготовления, от создания выкроек и лекал до момента крепления подошвы, контролируется. К большому сожалению, при наших многомиллионных оборотах возможны случаи брака, но их процент очень мал. И если гарантийная ситуация действительно имеет место, мы всегда выполняем свои обязательства перед клиентом. В будущем, если есть сомнение в качестве, и гарантийный срок ещё не вышел, вы можете обратиться в магазин за всесторонней оценкой товара специалистом. Надеемся, следующие покупки вас порадуют.

Отличный магазин, хороший выбор, купил вчера кроссовки и был доволен, к тому же продавец рассказала об акциях и мне подарили 1000 бонусных рублей, к кроссовкам взял себе ещё power bank что было довольно приятно, спасибо персоналу магазина
