Безобразное обслуживание (официанта надо искать, посуду не убирают, приносят не то что заказываешь). Караоке одно название (за два с половиной часа несколько раз настраивали аппаратуру, в итоге или микрофоны не работают, или музыка отсутствует). Администратор - хамка (вместо урегулирования вопросов стояла и хамила). Скидку имениннику не сделали. Не кафе, а забегаловка для пьянчужек. Не советую данное место для отдыха.

Были в караоке в будний день. Кроме нас никого в общем зале не оказалось. Персонал вежливый, весёлый.

Все в целом ничего, но осадок был неприятный. Отмечали др в вип комнате. Первое, что не понравилось это настаивание на на личном расчёте или переводе на карту, в итоге пришлось оплачивать кальян переводом. Многих песен не было и база только до 2016 года. Оборудование так же не оставило положительных впечатлений. Не выставлял баллы и скрепела и фонила одна колонка. Коктели были сильно разбавленные, мы выпили по 5 алкогольных коктейлей и были абсолютно трезвыми. Не знаю связано или нет с блюдами, что съел в заведении, но на следующий день было отравление. С супругой ели все одно и то же, за исключением фетучини с морепродуктами ( может из-за них) у нее все было нормально. Не лучшее заведение для любителей кальянов. В целом неплохо. Обслуживание тоже хорошее.
