Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Охранники берут за руки и выводят трезвых посетителей чтоб содрать ещё за вход деньги 300р. с других клиентов. Т.е. чем больше людей заплатят за вход тем больше они получат! Смотрят не за безопасностью клиентов, а как им больше заработать. Правило клиент всегда прав в Козе Ностра не работает. Здесь всегда права охрана! Официант. Пробивает по два раза пиво, а даёт одно! Или того хуже говорит платеж не прошел и пробивает бутылку. Потом смотришь банк-онлайн, а у тебя списали приличную сумму. Вообще хотите чтоб вам испортили настроение и ещё потратили ваши деньги без вашего согласия они ждут вас! Добрый день, Георгий! Зарплата охраны никак не зависит от количества людей, пришедших в гости. И охрана не выводит людей на своё усмотрение- исключительно по просьбе администратора. Если Вам пробили один напиток, а деньги взяли дважды, пожалуйста, подойдите и обратитесь к менеджеру, мы обязательно разберёмся! Спасибо за отзыв, мы будем рады видеть Вас снова!

Не давно были в Цунами. Место конечно ещё то. Всё начинается с охраны которая при входе начинает относиться к посетителям как к людям второго сорта. Хамит и грубит и далеко не в цензурной форме. По обслуживанию долго приходится ждать заказ в наличие кроме фри ни чего нет. Почти все блюда из меню отсутствуют. Такое ощущение что повара просто нет на месте. Больше ни когда не пойдём в данное заведение.

Уважаемый аноним, мы искренне рады всем гостям, но только не обманщикам. Все блюда, представленные в меню, всегда есть, а охрана ведёт себя корректно и доброжелательно. Если Вас что-то не устроило, пожалуйста, позвоните и расскажите, что не было в меню, кто Вас обслуживал и чем Вам нахамила охрана. С уважением администрация арт-кафе Цунами.
