Все мне в этом заведении понравилось. Отмечал ДР. Еда вкусная, атмосфера приятная, НО!!! Когда дело дошло до оплаты счета все впечатления испортились. Я заказал столик за 4 дня до посещения. В день посещения я позвонил и подтвердил бронь. Ни о каких доплатах за бронь меня ни кто не предупреждал! На сайте написано что в день рождение скидка 15%. Я предъявил паспорт и попросил сделать скидку. Принесли счет. Скидка была 10% и следом шла сумма оплата за бронь 10%. На мой вопрос почему в счете сумм а за бронь, мне сказали что меня предупреждали об этом, хотя такого не было. За месяц до этого мы бронировали стол в этом заведении и в счете ни каких сумм за бронь не было. поэтому я удивился дважды. В итоге за наше возмущение нам сделали скидку в честь ДР 15% (как указано на сайте) но за бронь сумму отказались вычитать. В итоге наша скидка составила всего 5%. В общем не ведитесь на то, что у них именинникам скидка, все равно придумают как эту скидку вам прибавить. – показать

В нашем заведении ни когда не ставилась бронь 10%, ее не существует, возможно вы путаете с сервисом за обслуживание

То есть за обслуживание вы берете 10 процентов от стоимости заказа?

Без пафоса, скромно но со вкусом… хорошая кухня, суши — ролы лучше чем в тануках. По выходным народу не протолкнёшься… А ГлАвНоЕ ЦЕнЫ не кусаются…
