Друзья, лучше в Карамель не ходите…Была один раз и больше туда не ногой. Очень не понравилось, что диджей подпевал гостям без их разрешения и только тем, которые поют «ну не очень». Также диджей не правильно поступил, когда встроил в песню, которую я пела, сам трек этой песни без моего согласия. Кухня так себе, салат несли около 30 минут. Вино — бадяжат, открывали не при нас и что они там налили просто тихий ужас. Обращаюсь к руководству клуба: «Обратите внимание на поведение диджея, такого н ет ни в одном заведении ну и на кухню тоже. Разочаровали». – показать

Уважаемая девушка, разобравшись в Ваших претензиях, отвечаю по существу: 1. Звукорежиссёр подпевает гостям исключительно по их желанию. В Карамели всегда очень много постоянных гостей, репертуар которых, а также просьбы и привычки известны нашей арт.группе. Вам, я надеюсь, не подпевали против Вашей воли? 2. То что Вы называете, как: «..сам трек встроенный диджеем в песню», на самом деле — бэк-вокал, прописанный в фонограммах производителем караоке-системы АСТ-100. 3. Салат Вам несли 19 мин . Я проверил. Вкус, штука индивидуальная конечно, но за последнее время, поверьте, проведена большая работа по работе кухни. Работают новые повара, работают профессионально и креативно. Я вижу одобрительную реакцию разных гостей. Мы реагируем на пожелания. Но нет предела совершенству))3. Удивляет тот факт, что ругая вполне добротное, итальянское столовое вино, вы таки выпили, на двоих, три бутылки «бадяжного» вина, отдыхая при этом на протяжении четырёх часов. На будущее, приходите в Карамель, для того чтобы отдохнуть, а не с иными намерениями, и поверьте, всё будет — ХО РО ШО!!!С Уважением, Валерий! – показать
