Аптека не очень. Женщина работающая тут имеет свое личное мнение на любой вопрос и отказывается продавать лекарства, выписанные лечащим врачем, честно говоря даже не думал что в 2019 в аптеке могут в открытую хамить, а на возражение «что везде продают, а вы нет» посоветовали идти обратно ко врачу. Смешно Также не единожды сталкивались с нехваткой препаратов в коробках, 90ые... Сдачу тоже не выдают.

Максим, добрый день. Я Елена Бескрайняя, Владелица этой Аптеки. Благодарю Вас за отзыв! Мне очень важно мнение наших клиентов. Я разберусь в ситуации и обязательно приму меры. Прошу написать мне личное сообщение, о каком именно препарате идёт речь. Есть перечень лекарственных средств, которые без реального рецепта на руках мы действительно не можем продать к сожалению. Даже если в других аптеках вам его продавали ранее без рецепта. Есть закон о реализации лекарственных препаратов, наша маленькая сеть вынуждена его соблюдать. Другой вопрос: форма коммуникации с клиентом! Абсолютно недопустимо хамить! Напишите пожалуйста дату посещения аптеки, буду разбираться. Прошу так же уточнить, что значит «нехватка препаратов в коробках». С разменом разберёмся!
