яркий пример абсолютно непродуманного проекта.стояночных мест нет даже для арендаторов,не говоря уже о клиентах. абсолютно недостаточно санузлов. из-за этого перегруженность и грязь,недостаточно естественного освещения,найти какой-нибудь офис- проблема

Очень удобный и современный бизнес центр европейского уровня. Здесь установлены удобные и просторные лифты Otis, кофейные аппараты, банкоматы. Влажная уборка здесь ведется беспрерывно, поэтому работать в таком центре - одно удовольствие. Капитал имеет несколько корпусов, в которых помимо офисов находятся рестораны, бары, цветочный салон, пиццерии и т.д Недавно открылась здесь пекарня Новый вкус, которая так напоминает истинно французскую булочную. Единственная проблема которую можно обозначить- это отсутствие удобной парковки. Ото в охраняемую парковку пускают только сотрудников банка(
