Очень люблю этот магазин за вкусный кофе и приятных продавцов. Но сегодня продавец вела себя не профессионально. Здравствуйте мы не услышали. Пока женщины впереди нас делали заказ и покупку мы терпеливо ждали 20 мин. Затем женщины ушли и вдруг заходит парень при этом продавец демонстративно разворачивается и сообщает что будет обслуживать его. Якобы он приходил раньше, потом ушёл и вернулся. Подтверждая фразой, ой ну не деритесь.я привыкла что именно в этом магазине великолепные девчонки работают, а тут такое поведение. Жаль что отбивают таким поведением посещать магазин. Мы ушли и ждать не стали. Унизительно терпеть такое поведение. Особенно когда ты потратил много времени в ожидании и тебя не обслужили.

Сегодня посетила магазин, совершила покупку на 8000 рублей. Обслуживала администратор, не сообшила об акции, что при при покупке на сумму 1990 рублей дается подарок. Пробила двумя чеками, хотя если бы предупредила об акции можно было покупку разбить на 4 чека. Было очень не приятно.

Был там,покупал себе кенийский чай,на развес!Приветливые девушки,большой ассортимент и чая и кофе и,всяких примочек к чае-кофепитию!😊👋👍
