Очень, ОЧЕНЬ навязчивые продавцы. До невозможности. Приходишь за одним чаем, тебе навязывают ещё, ещё и ещё. Вежливо отказываешься, но напор продолжается! Ребята, честно, поработайте над обучением персонала. Я понимаю, что всем в этом мире нужно продать как можно больше своего товара и заработать как можно больше денег. Но желания к вам больше идти нет.

На самом деле очень жаль, что не получить построить индивидуально работу с Вами, ведь это то, на что мы делаем акцент. Очень сожалеем о такой ситуации и испорченном впечатление. В Кантате всегда стараемся с заботой подойти к гостям, и расширить знание о чае, кофе, сладостях, но только если гость согласен и интересуется! Понимаем, что здесь была другая ситуация. Чтобы разобраться подробнее, хотела уточнить дату и время посещения, либо данные вашей дисконтной карты(можно в личные сообщения). Это поможет нам еще лучше проработать ситуацию и построить то общение, которое было бы всем комфортно. После обсуждения ситуации, я могла бы с Вами связаться и рассказать о результате. в Кантате очень дорого. но это того стоит! изумительные ароматные чаи. всегда вкусные, разные, можно пить вместо десерта и худеть) а пакетики я оставляю для ароматерапии, кладу на стол и нюхаю периодически. продавец Ксения в Магеллане самый чудесный мастер своего дела - добрая, отзывчивая, ненавязчивая и всезнающая. приду еще не один раз
