Заказывал два раза трэкинговые ботинки через магазин на Академической, оставил, заявку на перемещение из москвы в спб, мне сказали подождать около недели и вам перезвонят, я ждал две недели, потом сам позвонил в магазин, после чего мне ответили, что ничего не знают про мой заказ и в следующий раз заказывайте через интернет, так типа надежнее. Пришлось заказать другие ботинки у них же т.к модели в той модели которую я заказывал уже не было, заказал другие Tofama gtx dark brow? но в этот раз я уже спросил, фамилию и имя менеджера, его звали «Денис Андрианов». Сказали подождать неделю на перемещение, прошла неделя но так ник то и не звонил. Через две недели я сам позвонил и спросил, мне сказали что сапоги вот только пришли в четверг и стоимость их уже не 9054р а 14990р и с максимальной скидкой они готовы мне продать около 12 500р. Конечно данная ситуация меня очень расстроила т.к прождал первые ботинки и не дождался и со вторыми не вышло :(Только время зря потратил и понадеился на ответственность магазина. Так что при покупке покупайте то что есть в наличии, не заказывайте в магазине люди не ответственно подходят к своей работе. – показать

Здравствуйте. Буду краток,заказал по акции 2 веревки (тендон спелио)вместо того,что бы сказать,что ее нет в наличии через 5 дней ожидания привезли в магазин другую.Также (улыбнуло) внимание менеджера принимающего заказ,вместо двух веревок по 105 метров привезли одну 200 и другую(10м).даже не знаю как быть в дальнейшем,я альпинист и магазин интересен своим ассортиментом,но если у продавцов такая схема продажи то придется искать другой магазин. P.S товар пришлось купить так как уже не остав алось времени на поиски аналогов в других магазинах,(181589) – показать
