Купил аккумулятор, а он не работает продавец обязан был проверить его на исправность на нагрузочную вилку он этого не сделал сослался что аппарат сломан, возврат денег не произвёл сослался чтобы я ехал в северный центр и проверял там его Я. Вообще то не прошло и 14 дней с момента покупки, и я в праве потребовать деньги обратно по защите прав потребителя и они обязаны были вернуть деньги но не вернули.Притензию я уже написал. Не поможет на пишу роспреднадзор. Не надёжный магазин.

Здравствуйте, Сергей. Давайте по порядку: Вы пришли с претензией о неработающей АКБ, но не принесли САМ аккумулятор. На основании чего же мы должны были сделать Вам возврат денежных средств? Претензию Вашу мы тщательно рассмотрим и, конечно, возврат Вам оформим, после того как Вы принесете купленную АКБ в магазин.
