Просто страшный сон Заказчика. Быстро приехал только замерщик. Обещали сделать за 2 недели, через две недели никто даже не звонит. Звоню сама, начинаются бесконечные переносы сроков и перекладывание ответственности друг на друга. Договор заключали в начале декабря, столешницу привезли только через 2,5 месяца бесконечной ругани, и то недоделанную (без бортиков) увезли обратно приклеивать бортики. Еще две недели прошло - привезли. На этот раз с бортиками, но без выреза для смесителя! Теперь непонятно когда приедет монтажник и как он будет решать эту проблему (на замере мне говорили, что вырезать дырку вне условий производства невозможно). Обещали, что монтажник приедет сегодня, но он даже не позвонил, менеджер тоже ничего не знает. Дозвонились до монтажника в 6 вечера, он выдумывает отмазки про эвакуированную машину (до этого уже мы слышали версии про ковид, инсульт бабушки и прочие напасти). Вот так, заплатили 100 тысяч, результата ноль, нервов потрачено уйма, кухня так и стоит без столешницы. Мой вам совет, не верьте заказным положительным отзывам, не связывайтесь с этой конторой.

Отвратительная компания, установили столешницу в срок по договору 17545-АР, далее через некоторое время вылез брак, в итоге с октября не могут его устранить и на все звонки ответ один: «На этой неделе к вам выедет монтажник», ну и соответственно никакой монтажник не приезжает. Пожалейте свои нервы и не связывайтесь с этой недобросовестной компанией!!!! За свои деньги будите выпрашивать и умолять, чтобы привести в порядок столешницу!!!
