Слюшайте.. За 26 лет представляете, сколько у них станков продано. А негативных отзывов 13? остальные 100500 значит хорошие) Вы понимаете масштаб-то?) Это ж круто. Нам всё норм сделали

Беспардонная компания. Менеджеры по продажам - профи в вопросах продать. Информация о положительных сторонах оборудования весьма полная. Об отрицательных - тишина. Сервис - ниже плинтуса. Купили форматку Filato. Меньше чем за год разболтался параллельный упор. Менеджер сообщил, что эти запчасти не являются гарантийными, но уж так и быть мы сделаем вам по гарантии. Ждем запчастей уже 2 месяца. С периодичностью в 1 месяц присылают отписки типа - запчасти заказаны, о поступлении сообщим дополнительно. Поставите сами. Причём не сообщается какие запчасти заказаны. Сервисный специалист не выезжал - решение принято по фотографии и видео, присланным мною. Кстати, каталога запчастей тоже нет.

Пропускная система как на зоне. Если едите на машине, то пропуск надо выписывать на всех сидящих в машине. Заказывается заранее. Ещё и въезд платный - 200р. с легковых автомобилей.

Ками групп - не покупайте у них Оборудование ! Невозможно с ними работать по рекламации. Деньги не возвращают . Запчасти очень долго ждать и не факт что придёт и также нам был отправлен бракованный пылесос , который мы им вернули , но деньги ждём уже год . Они все резинщики и мошенники. В московском офисе работают грубияны. Поищите отзывы в интернете - все пишут то же самое.
