хотела срочно подстричься... успевала к 20.30 администратор сказала что примут,постараться прийти к 20.15. я прибежала в 20.20. мастер Анна подровняла мне челку и сказала приходить через полмесяца. в 20.35 я была уже свободна! вопрос руководству ,кто пострадал больше..я,которая бежала,чтоб успеть к указанному времени и не получившая услугу или салон...который не получил денег?

Была давно, впервые в жизни меня подстригли как надо, очень радовалась, обычно из парикмахерских выхожу в слезах( К сожалению, не узнала имя мастера, да и рядом больше не живу. Ну и по остальным отзывам (не накрученным) складывается впечатление, что мне просто случайно повезло( так что ехать на другой конец города к ним наверное нет смысла. После стрижки решила зайти в солярий у них, солярий в каком-то непонятном закутке, не знаю, какое там время установила администраторша (действительно ужасная), но мне пришлось его самой выключить, когда поняла, что мои 7 минут уже давно прошли((

Замечательный салон! Хожу к парикмахеру Ане. Чудесный мастер, как и все остальные. Делает всегда то, что хочет клиент, даёт советы. Она лучшая! Салон знаю уже лет 7. Всегда все чётко. Советую!

Знаю этот салон 4 года, периодически хожу к Наталье-прекрасный мастер маникюра, но АДМИНИСТРАТОР САЛОНА на телефоне-это просто жесть! не заинтересована в клиентах совсем. Никогда не перезвонит сама, если что-то освободилась и разговаривает всегда очень надменно. С таким подходом ей в обслуживании делать нечего!
