Была в этом заведении первый раз, больше не хочу. Кальян вкусный, атмосфера в виде диванчиков и музыки нормальна, но организация распределения гостей на низком уровне. Девушки хостес, занимающиеся встречей и распределением гостей занимаются исключительно болтовней и залипанием в телефоны, невнимательны к просьбам гостей, отсутствие доброжелательности в виде этикета приветствия и прощания. Рассадка гостей производится таким образом, что в последующем Вас могут пересадить в другое место, относител ьно кол-ва занимаемых мест, считаю этот момент некомпетентным относительно гостей. Далее был неприятный момент, когда подходили и уточняли, смогут ли на рассчитать через 20 минут, дабы освободить занимаемое место, в момент вопроса мы уже сами планировали уходить, но этот вопрос оказался неприятным. Не должно быть таких вопросов гостям, более того рассаживая гостей в свободные лаунджи необходимо предупреждать относительно последующей пересадки, либо не пересаживать вовсе, а предлагать изначально места относительно кол-ва занимаемых мест. Стоит улучшить сервис обслуживания и присмотреться к описанным выше замечаниям. – показать

Вероятнее всего мы с Вами посещаем разные типы заведений, если для Вас описанные выше моменты являются нормой.
