Заказывал классический кальян. Качество кальяна хорошее, мне понравился кальян. Сделали быстро минут за 10. Официант- приятная девушка, обслужила качественно и быстро. К сожалению, имя ее не помню. Выбрал эту кальянную, так как мне удобно ее местоположение. Сервис хороший, чисто и уютно, проводили к столику, поприветствовали. Цены доступные.

Время от времени посещаем эту кальянную, хорошее заведение. Сотрудники приветливые и обслуживают оперативно. Кальянщик Валера или Виталий, не помню точно, очень позитивный парень. Забил кальян в соответствии с нашими пожеланиями. Визитом довольны, отлично время провели.

Угли поменяли через 1.5 часа при сильной загрузке, еду принесли холодную, так как не знали куда нести и она просто остыла, персонал не осведомлён о наличии напитков (например, говорят, что позиции нет, но тоже самое приносят соседним столикам через час, видимо нашли😬) Ребятам нужно работать над обратной связью и ориентироваться на сервис, потенциал большой, но нужно правильно работать при полном зале И только тогда все будет на 5 звёзд, верю в вас👍🏻 Вернусь ещё😉
