Отвратительное общение со стороны некоторых консультантов. Не информирование клиентов! Сделал заказ, сказали можно приезжать, но номер заказа не дали. На кануне связался с ними по корректировке заказа, мне сказали, что без номера заказа мне ничего не смогут ответить… На мои слова, что номер заказа мне не дали и этому есть подтверждающая переписка с ними по их почте, мне начали настойчиво говорить, что не может быть такого и типа я такой дурак и настаиваю, что мне не дали номер заказа который о бязаны были дать! В итоге нашли заказ, мой или не мой — не знаю и сказали, что заказ был отменен, так как товара нет в наличии! Хоть не приехал к ним в магазин забирать товар, так как прокатался бы просто так! Написал претензию на почту, мне перезвонил молодой человек который оформлял мой заказ, начал рассказывать про какие-то проблемы, что он куда-то отнес мой заказ, что очень странно, что мне не позвонили! Попросил скинуть переписку с консультантом которая мне впаривала, что я не мог остаться без номера заказа и как они почитают переписку мне перезвонят для дальнейшего решения проблемы! Но звонка так и не было, писал им на почту с вопросом: как же обстоят дела с решением моей проблемы и когда я могу приехать за моим заказом, но меня дружно игнорят!
