Интернет- магазин. Очень печально, что вы так задерживаете доставку, при том, что никто об этом не предупреждает даже. Я сама долбила везде где можно: во вконтакте, в колл-центре. Мне то говорят, что заказ отправлен, ждите трек, то опять он оказался не отправлен и ждите. Почему мы должны звонить и уже сами узнавать детали, нам никто ничего не говорит толком. Очень разочарованы в вашем сервисе, хотя заказываем не в первый раз, а в вашем магазине в европейском всегда предпочитали выбирать товары для кальяна. Всё-таки нужно предупреждать клиента о значительных задержках, а нам никто не звонит и не пишет, мы вынуждены сами вас "долбить" и узнавать что происходит с заказом. Помимо этого, никто не предупредил, что в набор не входит аккумулятор, информации на сайте о том, что он не входит в комплект тоже нет. Остаётся вопрос- нам его не доложили или он в принципе не шёл в комплект... Очень странно.
