Еще когда кафе работало, мы каждую неделю его посещали. А вот услугой — доставка, воспользовались впервые. Мне понравился внимательный персонал. Я позвонила в кафе, менеджер скинул мне ссылку на сайт, я сделала заказ. Потом он позвонил уточнить, все ли у меня получилось и уже позже перезвонил поинтересоваться, все ли донесли, переживал. Мне было очень приятно. Доставка быстрая, еда вкусная. Блюда в индивидуальных упаковках. Правда, еда была не в термопакетах, но теплая.

Пока заведение было открыто, я часто посещал его, а сейчас оно работает в режиме доставки, заказывал еду впервые. Очень быстро мне перезвонили, чтобы принять заказ, да и доставку сделали в течении 45 минут, очень даже оперативно, я бы отметил. Полностью и внимательно меня выслушали по телефону, верно оформили заказ, ошибок никаких не было. По вкусу и качеству блюда очень нравятся, достойно все. Отношение к клиенту вежливое, тактичное. Приходите люди в это заведение, кушайте и наслаждайтесь.
