Урюк на Ул. Академика Пилюгина прекрасное место. Здесь мы много времени проводили с моей будущей невестой. Я попросил разрешения снять с оператором в этом месте ролик для своей любимой, чтобы сделать ей предложение руки и сердца с экранов в ТЦ, Урюк внимательно отнёсся к моей просьбе, с пониманием, буквально через пару минут мне перезвонил менеджер и утвердил время, выделили нам желаемое место. Убедился в очередной раз, что здесь отличные руководители и организация, было очень приятно. Придём сюда уже с женой и не они раз! Спасибо огромное менеджерам!

Посещала это заведение раз 5, всегда были свободные места.Особенно хорошо на летней веранде, но цены здесь выше среднего и пожалуй дороже чем в чайхоне 1. Но кальяны тут лучше и еда качественней. Интерьер выглядит дорого, персонал вежливый

Ужасное заведение! В зале из посетителей три человека, а официанта для заказа так и не дождалась. Ждала 20 минут. Лучше голодным ходить, чем идти в урюк. Не тратьте напрасно свое время на поход в это заведение.

На17 мая в этом заведении заказали банкет для взрослых и детей,так как был выпусной в детском саду,договаривались еще за месяц,но такого отвратительного отношения я нигде еще не встречала,так как у детей был праздник,то должно было быть два аниматора,один в игровой,второй провести с детьми мастер-класс,также по пятницам в 20.00 должно было быть детское караоке,но почему то именно в этот день не оказалось ни аниматора с мастер -классом,ни детского караоке и сообщили нам когда и дети и взрослы е уже пришли на мероприятие,праздник был испорчен,добавилось еще и обслуживание,еду (шашлык)мы ждали 1 час,данное заведение оставило негативное отношение никогда больше туда не пойдем и другим тоже советуем не ходить. – показать
