Общее впечатление от банкета на юбилей мужу - троечка. Достоинства: Кухня Недостатки: обслуживание, отопление зала, неорганизованность в подаче блюд Отмечали тридцатипятилетие мужа в кафе Меркурий. Заказ оформили на 1500 р. с человека + наш алкоголь, соки 50/50 (было сказано, что этого достаточно, стол будет хорошим). Но стол оказался бедноват. Кстати, при заказе банкета, время подачи горячих закусок и горячего обговорено не было, а мы этот момент упустили. Горячие закуски подали где-то через час после начала застолья, а горячее почти через два (по-моему слишком долго). С администратором обговорили уже за столом, что горячее будет через 10-15 мин., а его подали через 45 минут. Создалось впечатление, что порции меньше, чем указано в меню. Мы сидели в банкетном зале с отдельным входом, и официантов приходилось вызывать кнопкой, которую нам еще и принесли не сразу, а после двух трех обращений "голосом". Сами официанты заглядывали редко. Детям также очень долго несли горячее, пришлось обходиться хлебом и овощной, мясной нарезкой. Сама кухня вроде ничего, понравилось все, кроме говядины в горячем (жесткая и было ощущение, что не только что приготовлена). Мы были в январе 2018г. и немного подмерзли, гулял прохладный воздух по залу. В общем, я туда больше не пойду, и друзьям не посоветую.

Хорошая гостиница, персонал так вообще порадовал, улыбчивые все и приятные. Номер чистый, завтраки вкусные. Порадовало наличие безналичного расчета.

Проживала в одноместном номере 3 дня. Из плюсов: -обслуживание очень хорошее -постельное белье чистое -уборка производилась 1 раз в день на отлично -дополнялись разовые принадлежности для гигиены -персонал вежливый и внимательный -завтракали в кафе не выходя из гостиницы Из минусов: просится ремонт в холле, но номера с ремонтом.
