Руководству ресторана плевать на своих гостей! В конце ноября приехала сделала предзаказ и внесла предоплату на празднование Нового года. 31 декабря в 01:30 мне приходит смс от администратора кафе, что празднование Нового года отменяется! Испортили нам праздник! Никаких альтернативных ресторанов не предложили, даже минимально загладить свою вину.

Праздновали в ресторане «Мечта» 50-летие моей мамы. Съехались с разных городов, пригласили родственников и друзей. Специально искали место, где представлены разнообразные кухни. В итоге остановились на Мечте и не пожалели. Действительно, каждый наш гость нашел блюдо по вкусу. Погода была хорошая, дело было в начале сентября, поэтому мы расположились на летней веранде. Прекрасная атмосфера, вежливые официанты и кальянщики. Уютное место с хорошим ценником.

Из плюсов - уютно, отличные Из плюсов - уютно, отличные горячие фруктовые чаи. Кухня - с переменным успехом. Из минусов - сбои в обслуживании от случая к случаю - иногда официант может быть внимателен и учтив. В другой раз его можно ждать подолгу даже при пустом зале. То же касается и хостес. Есть благожелательные. Однако же в последний раз столкнулись с неприятным инцидентом: сообщили хостес о том, что официанта не дождаться. Она не то что не извинилась, а напротив, ответила в весьма неприемлемой хамоватой манере.

Испортили праздник! Руководству ресторана плевать на своих гостей!
