Захожу на фудкорт, 15:10. У окошка с буквой М - толпа народа, а Крошка Картошка стоит пустая, там никого. Думаю, поддержу-ка я отечественного производителя, подхожу, делаю заказ, картошку, два наполнителя, морс... 350 рублей!, ребята!!! Триста пятьдесят рублей за одно блюдо в заведении быстрого питания на фудкорте! Вот они и стоят в обеденное время пустые, без клиентов! Я не жадина, если блюдо стоит свою цену - что же тут такого? Но все дело именно в том, что картофелина с крабовым салатиком и сосисками в соусе НЕ СТОИТ 350р. Видимо, это классический пример традиционного "бизнеса по-русски", когда ошибки в закупках, маркетинге, кадрах - выливаются в то, что конечный продукт оказывается абсолютно неконкурентноспособен на своем рынке.
