23.02.2019 в 12 часов сделала заказ доставку на 15 часов. С 15:10 до 16:00 пыталась дозвониться с вопросом где курьер? В 16 часов оператор (мужчина) взял трубку, сказал, что не знает где курьер с моим заказом и обещал перезвонить через минуту.... Ещё в течение 30 минут я пыталась дозвониться повторно, трубку уже больше никто не поднимал. В 18 часов (!!!) позвонили и спросили получила ли я заказ?! Это было уже, мягко говоря, неактуально. P.S. Клиентом являюсь с 2003 года. Нареканий по качеству не было. Что происходит с доставкой? Полное разочарование от вашего заведения. – показать

Больше 5 лет являюсь клиентом этого заведения.Очень часто в выходные я заказываю доставку на дом. 23.02.2019 в очередной раз заказал доставку,пообещали доставить в течение часа,через полтора часа перезвонил попросили подождать ещё 15 минут,по прошествии 40 минут перезвонил ещё раз оказалось машина с заказом даже не выезжала.Врятли я буду заказывать ещё раз в этом кафе хотя бы что то,при уточнении времени заказа хамят,повышают голос и абсолютно неуважительно относятся к постоянной клиентуре
