Недорогое приятное кафе Достоинства: Вкусная еда, приятная атмосфера Недостатки: Обслуживание Всем привет, хочу поделиться впечатлениями от посещения кафе "3 этаж". Была там много раз и не пожалела. По-моему прекрасное место для дружеских посиделок. Приятный дизайн помещения. Вкусная и недорогая еда, в меню большой выбор всяческих вкусностей. Однако есть и замечания, в частности, официантам. Официанты часто забывают о посетителях, порой приходится долго ждать (но это не всегда). Поэтому за качество обслуживания ставлю минус. Но пожалуй это единственный минус, а в целом все хорошо. Большим плюсом является расположение кафе в самом центре города - рядом со сквером танкистов и в шаговой доступности от остановки.

кафе на любителя Достоинства: Вкусная пицца Недостатки: дорогие молочные коктейли Отличное кафе для спокойных посиделок с приятной музыкой оформление кафе хорошее, персонал приятный и вежливый, все быстро готовится. Мне нравится и всем советую хотя бы раз посетить его
