Посетили с подругой кафе «Улыбка» в субботу, 18 мая 2019 г. Заказали 2 семги барбекю по 350руб.и чайник чая — 170руб. Принесли счет на 1000р.одной строкой без разбивки по заказанным позициям. Я, конечно, поняла, что нас обсчитали, но скандалить не стала, не люблю. Просто больше туда не пойду и друзьям не посоветую (сарафанное радио).

Скорее всего Вы не учли сумму в 10% от заказа за обслуживание, сейчас многие кафе и рестораны перешли на систему «чаевые включены в счёт»

Меня не предупреждали, что обслуживание в 10% входят в счет. Я дала 100р.свыше счета. Поход в кафе мне обошелся в 1100р.

Хочу поблагодарить весь коллектив этого прекрасного кафе «Улыбка ». На столько всё совкусом, с добротой. Отдельное спасибо Розанночки за организацию. Мой юбилей прошел на высшем уровне. Мои гости остались очень довольны. Обязательно ещё ни один раз поситим кафе «Улыбка »
