Сегодня в 11.35 впервые позвонил в клинику, чтобы узнать время приема эндокринолога. Подняла трубку женщина, сказала: "Алло". Я поздоровался, она опять: "Алло". Я ещё раз поздоровался, она - в ответ: " Вы уже в третий раз здороваетесь!". Я ей говорю: "Вы тоже поздоровайтесь, иначе мне непонятно слышите ли Вы меня, только "Алло-алло-алло". Она бросает трубку... Я разговаривал спокойно, разговор отразил дословно. Интересно, там вообще такое отношение к клиентам? Как выстраивать с ними диалог? И стоит ли обращаться к ним?

Терапевтов насколько знаю там нет и небыло, а вот лор хороший и малышей смотрит. Вовремя заметил наши аденоиды 2-3ст., после медикаментозного лечения и ценных советов, они перестали вообще беспокоить ребенка, и сопливые болезни легче протекали (без изо*ры и поли*ксы) и отиты мимо нас теперь.
