Посетили с друзьями заведение 25.11.2018. После чего нас посетило огромное разочарование и испорченное настроение. Неприятное чувство возникло ещё можно сказать с порога. Когда мы заказали два «безлимита» на пиво (а в компании было четверо взрослых), официантка тут же решила предупредить, что у них там камеры (в том плане, что мы решим все пить, а так нельзя). Короче, заранее предупредила, чтобы мы не обманывали. приятно чувствовать, что тебе «доверяют». Потом стало понятно даже почему такое пр едупреждение. 1. В «пивном ресторане» никто из персонала не знает сорта пива. Что такое IPA и какой сорт у их «крафтового» официантка бегала выяснять к других сотрудникам, но так и не выяснила. 2. Само пиво как-будто разбавленное, безвкусное. А толк в пиве в нашей компании знают. 3. Бургеры холодные, не известно когда приготовленные. Это просто хамство, на мой взгляд.4. Стейк жесткий, подошва, а не мясо. 5. Обман с наполнением блюд (закусочный сет из 6 позиций, подали лишь с четырьмя позициями) не предупредили и даже не извинились, услышали от менеджера лишь позорные отговорки.6. Про правила очередности подачи блюд, похоже, даже не слышали. Одним принесли, другие ждали ещё полчаса. 7. Обман со счетом. Не учли скидку 50% на блюда при заказе «безлимита» на пиво. Зачем объявлять тогда акцию? Итог: это дно. никогда больше! Часть заказанных блюд пришлось вернуть, в итоге те, кто их заказывал, остались голодными. Мы все были только с поезда, хотели отдохнуть, приятно посидеть с друзьями из другого города. Черт дернул отправиться именно сюда. Очень жалеем, что знакомство с Москвой у них началось с этого заведения. Цены довольно высокие. В общем, сами тоже виноваты, судили о заведении по громкому названию «пивного ресторана». Да и должно было сразу насторожить, что в воскресенье все залы были пустыми. – показать
