На корпоратив нашей компании мы ходили на кулинарный мастер класс в компанию Just Cook me. Найти Ее непросто! От м.Бауманская идти минут 20... потом нужно еще зайти в большой ресторанный комплекс и на 2 или 3 этаже искать эту компанию... Но само помещение мне очень понравилось! Большое, просторное, красивое, экипировано всем необходимым :) 2 повара распределили нас на команды и мы готовили разные блюда отдельно. Кто - что :) Мы готовили : кесайдию с курицей, салат с жареной грушей и торт с заварным кремом и ягодами. Кесайдию я не ела, ничего сказать не могу, а вот салатом я впечатлилась! Теперь, когда. Нам приходят гости, я всегда его готовлю. Мы моем и сушим микс салатов, на него выкладываем сыр плесневой, порезанный кубиками. Потом мы карамелизируем орешки грецкие ( обжариваем их с сахаром) и тоже кладём сверху. После этого самое интересное - жареная груша! Мы обжариваем Пластинки груши на сливочном масле, добавляем мёд, потом поливаем слегка белым вином. На мастер классе мы поливали коньяком и поджигали грушу, но во избежания пожара на кухне я так делать не советую, полыхает прилично :) И выкладываем грущу сверху. В качестве заправки мы варили вишню с бальзамическим уксусом, сахаром, тимьяном... я поливаю дома просто бальзамическим соусом :) Обалденно вкусно! Празднично и очень быстро! На фото : салат, приготовленный мной уже в домашних условиях
