Несколько раз ходила к мастеру Ульяне, все было отлично, пока однажды не опоздала. Еще по телефону, уточняя подъезд, мастер мне натурально отвечала на «отстань» и, не дослушав мои вопросы, резко бросила трубку. Затем, когда я пришла в кабинет, на меня жёстко наехали, почему я опаздываю. Отчитали, как когда-то в школе. Уже тогда хотелось уйти, но я осталась. И зря. Да, когда клиент опаздывает, это не очень хорошо, но ведь мне делали бикини+ноги. И в итоге, мы сделали только ноги, я ведь опоздал а. У мастера не сдвинулось расписание, поэтому зачем было так себя вести — непонятно.Плюс — самое ужасное — мастер мне первый раз так проэпилировала ноги, что потом еще неделю ходила с жутким раздражением и покраснениями. Делаю вывод, что эмоциональное состояние мастера сильно влияет на качество работы, что непозволительно в такой профессии. Либо, мастер сделала мне это «назло», что еще хуже. Как бы то ни было, после такого опыта, нашла другого специалиста и хожу к ней. И да, теперь меня никто не просит расплачиваться только наличкой, ведь все проходит через кассу, а не «мимо» как в данной студии, и это тоже радует. – показать

Сегодня была на депиляции зоны бикини. Принимала мастер Алёна. Впечатления самые положительные: чисто, аккуратно, профессионально, очень внимательна к клиенту. Понравилось на все100%! Приду ещё не раз и подругам обязательно порекомендую.
