Сервисный центр в этом центре никакой .. абсолютно не заинтересованы в помощи покупателю ...работает по принципу пишите на почту подберем .. даже если покупатель находиться в самом центре ... вообщем на месте купить запчасть не удалось ))

Доброго дня. Мы работаем по схеме, которая минимизирует ошибки при заказе запчастей. Самый, на наш взгляд, разумный способ это подбор необходимой запчасти по взрыв схеме и отправка необходимых номеров на маил сервиса. Не всегда клиенты готовы искать нужную им запчасть, мы стараемся помочь в выборе, но когда к нам приходят и говорят мне нужна вот такая штучка от этой штучки, на станок джет 10, это ставит нас в тупик, так как только станков заканчивающихся на 10 у джет больше десятка. Мы прекрасно знаем проблему нашего сервиса, людского ресурса там не хватает, а окупать большой штат сотрудников сервис к сожалению не может. Мы тешим себя надеждами, что работаем с профессионалами, способными подобрать запчасть. К сожалению в сервисный центр, люди приходят изначально настроенные негативно. Видимо необходимой Вам запчасти на момент визита не было в наличии, другой причины отказа Вам я не вижу. Приношу извинения за доставленные неудобства.
