Отвратительный сервис. Привёз машину в воскресенье (Grand Cherokee 2011), ошибка в коробке и парковочной системе. Попросил проверить коробку и парктроники. На следующий день звонок: говорят, либо переборка коробки (пробег 105000), либо проблема в масле и фильтре. Что именно - не знают. Говорю, давайте поменяем масло и фильтр, потом посмотрим. В среду звонят говорят, можно забирать. Еду через всю Москву, трачу 1,5 часа, бабки на каршеринг (от метро к ним не дойти), прихожу, говорят, масло течёт в двигателе, парктроники не смотрели (потому что машина была на подъемнике) и один порог отваливается. Спрашиваю: "Зачем сказали, что можно забирать, если столько проблем?" Договариваемся, что будут разбираться во всём. обещают до субботы всё закончить (машина нужна сильно). Также еду обратно. Звоню в субботу днём, менеджер обещает перезвонить и не перезванивает (он на джиповских покатушках, ему не до меня). На 3й мой звонок за 1,5 часа кончается терпение, прошу просто предупредить, что я приеду, заберу машину. Итог - 6 дней машина в сервисе простояла, заменили масло и фильтр в коробке, удалили ошибку (непонятно, решена ли проблема), поменяли пару лампочек, прикрутили порог. За всё 16300р. С парктрониками не разобрались, по маслотечи - сказали, что менять прокладку надо со снятием двигателя с ценником от 55 до 75 килорублей и от 7 до 14 дней времени. Отказался, уехал, больше не вернусь при таком отношении.

К сожалению вы попали в то время, когда сервис переезжал с одного места в другой. Это было в течении недели как раз. И в целом - чирокки, особенно старый - не наш профиль. Стараемся не брать в работу подобные машины. В любом случае спасибо за отзыв! Будем стараться быть лучше.
