Обычно отзывы у меня получаются сами собой, когда что-то сильно поражает мое воображение. И обычно это всегда что-то приятное. Но не в этот раз. Сегодня мне ОТКАЗАЛИ в посещении салона. И я не могу об этом не написать. Три недели назад салон на Якиманке анонсировал приезд французских куафёров для обучения своих стилистов и яростно приглашали моделей. И это было мне очень кстати, потому что я как раз выбирала и думала, куда пойти за сменой имиджа и прически. Администратор очень радостным и приветливым голосом согласовала мне дату и время. На прошлой неделе она снова звонила с очень приветливым напоминанием о моей записи, и мы подтвердили, что я не забыла и обязательно буду. Но клиентом салона я так и не стала. А теперь и точно не стану никогда, потому что мне отказали. За два часа до согласованной записи мне позвонила та самая администратор и выпалила, что они, конечно извиняются, но отменяют мою запись и ждать меня не будут. Просто отменяют, не переносят, не предлагают других вариантов. Просто не надо приходить. И они «оставляют за собой право отказывать моделям». Знаете, господа, я не готова принять извинения, потому что я не модель, а потенциальный клиент. А ваши услуги стоили денег, которые я должна была вам заплатить. Это было даже не бесплатно. Поэтому правильно, не ждите меня, я не приду! Вообще никогда не приду, даже если это будет последний салон в городе. Желаю вашим клиентам получать более достойный сервис, чтобы больше никто не услышал в своей телефонной трубке такой «скрипт продаж».
