17.04.2021 в интернет-магазине купил мокасины Timberland, заказ 210071874, сразу попросил проверить качество отправляемого товара. 20.04.2021 приехал курьер с мокасинами, открыли коробку, а они с потёртостями, естественно отказ от покупки. Боты сразу назад забрал курьер. До сих пор деньги не вернули, мотивируя тем, что пока товар не вернётся на их склад, возврат денежных средств не будет осуществлен. На лицо прямое нарушение прав потребителей, учитывая то, что акта передачи мне во владение не было. Никому не советую покупать что либо у этого продавца, недобросовестные!

Если прийдется вернуть товар купленный через интернет-магазин, денежные средства не вернут. Телефон не берут, сотрудники в магазинах ничем помочь не смогут. Впечатление испорчено!

Купила кроссовки, 2 июня отправила возврат, 4 июня товар был получен, до сих пор нет возврата. Ни в коем случае не покупайте, вы не вернёте свои деньги. Операторы каждый раз отправляют запрос в бухгалтерию, но ничего не происходит! Если вы столкнулись с такой же проблемой вы можете: подать иск мировому судье :1. По месту своей регистрации, по месту регистрации компании, по месту исполнения договора. В иске вы можете претендовать на стоимость покупки, на проценты за использование средств в течении срока невозврата, штраф.
