Как пункт выдачи - работа на двоечку. Посылки лежат в куче мале (никакого элемента логистики/порядка/сортировки нет. если будет раза в 2 больше посылок - пункт просто захлебнется). Ребята ленятся решать вопросы клиентов: промурыжили 20 минут в итоге отправление не нашли. обещали найти и мне перезвонить, прошло 3 дня - не позвонили. написал им сам - отправили меня искать посылку самому. в общем колхоз-сервис. разочаровался.

Добрый день! Посылка была потеряна курьерской службой DPD. Мы лишь организовываем их выдачу. Мы не владеем логистической информацией самой компании и лишь по этой причине не смогли предоставить запрашиваемые данные.
