Согласен с предыдущими ораторами. Руководство мягко стелит, красиво говорит, но потом оказывается, что взяли тебя совсем не на ту должность, что собеседовали (это обязательно надо учитывать всем, кто рискнёт туда пойти на собеседование!! чтобы потом не удивляться появлению заданий, к которым оказываешься совсем не готов). Удивительно, что им удаётся заманить к себе довольно квалифицированных специалистов действительно неплохими условиями, особенно учитывая расположенность, но потом выносят мозг, отказываясь принимать реальное положение вещей, требуя достичь невозможного. Амбиций много, но руководством не делается ничего, чтобы этим амбициям хоть как-то соответствовать. Любой, кто рискнёт туда пойти, должен быть готов к тому, что по мере работы ему предложат ещё кое-какие дополнительные нагрузки, потому что экономят на кадрах. Тем более что нет чёткой управленческой структуры. Система принятия решений отсутствует.

А Вы думаете, что компания, в которой отсутствует грамотный менеджемент, на что-то способна? Я для того и написал, что нет системы принятия решений - это как раз и характеризует работу самой компании (точнее, её фактическое отсутствие). Возможно, действительно некоторые акценты неправильно расставлены с точки зрения Вашего сайта, но следствия у всего этого соответствующие. Они пока что ещё на плаву, но, мне кажется, это ненадолго.
