Не люблю заниматься оформлением документов, так как очереди , тратится время, а у меня его попросту нет , график работы безумно плотный. Обратилась сюда и одним из главных пожеланий было: минимум личного присутствия. в результате все было оформлено за 10 дней, приэтому присутствовала только при оплате и получении загран паспорта)

С подругой решили купить тур на лето, а загранника у меня не было + я учусь в соседней области) думала будет крайне сложно найти компанию, которая сможет помочь с вопросом оформления загран паспорта без прописки, но нашла Вас! За месяц получила загран , все в порядке) Спасибо)

Паспорта получили, но со старшей дочерью возникли проблемы, поскольку ей 17 лет и в паспорте она должна сама расписываться мы подумали что наше присутствие не обязательно, в мфц её развернули с фразой приходи с родителями, пришлось ехать с ней, специалист заранее об этом не предупреждал а мог бы. В остальном услуга удобная.

Хочу высказать свои замечания может будет полезно для тех кто думает воспользоваться услугами данной фирмы. У них написано что мол все за вас сделают, но вот госпошлину вам самим предается оплачивать они конечно высылают инструкцию но все равно там куча вопросов и постоянно приходится им звонить а с учетом того что у них бывает занято то это превращается в целую эпопею. Второе когда пришло на получение паспорта оказывается что его сразу не выдают, пришлось полтора часа ждать пока его напечатают только после этого выдают, об этом меня не предупреждали. Я рассчитывал что сейчас приеду и за 15 минут получу. Хорошо что в этот день мне не куда не надо было больше ехать, а если бы я с работы отпрашивался то что тогда? в общем есть ещё куда расти, как минимум предупреждайте о всех нюансах оформления заранее пожалуйста а пока на троечку. – показать
