Заказывала 2 раза один и тот же товар, в первый раз не получилось забрать, продавец до последнего старался идти на уступки чтобы не отправлять товар обратно. Второй раз в заказе не отказали, после полной оплаты, хотя могли, как обычно бывает у поставщиков. Всё доставили быстро, всё чисто и аккуратно упаковано, без проблем согласились подержать заказ ещё на 5 дней. Елена проконсультировала по всем интересующем вопросам, всё понятно, профессионально, доступно. Наценка за доставку у меня составила ВСЕГО 10% , в итоге доставка моего товара , была меньше 600₽. Сервисом довольна, качеством мебели тоже, цены за услуги замечательные! Рекомендую!
