Решили поработать с этой организацией, отношение наплевательское на клиента, с ценами бардак, не информируют не по поднятию цены не по ее снижению, ставят просто перед фактом. Везут на транспортную как попало, просто оставили на первой попавшейся транспортной компании не поинтересовавшись когда уйдет груз, в итоге груз из Ижевска уехал в Тюмень только через 4 дня, нам объяснили операторы ТК, что "отправитель мог поинтересоваться, когда планируется машина на Тюмень!".... ! Крайне не рекомендую эту организацию как надежного партнера.

Уважаемый Евгений! Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. Пандемия COVID-19 внесла свои коррективы в деятельность каждого. Огромное количество заказов на дезинфицирующие средства заставило наш отдел продаж и производство работать на пределе сил. По этой причине могла произойти подобная ситуация. Мы сделали выводы и внесли коррективы в технологический процесс. Верим, что наше сотрудничество было не последним, и в следующий раз все пройдет безукоризненно!
