Были в этом ресторане 2 года назад, все понравилось. Приехали в октябре 2023 из другого города отпраздновать день рождения. За две недели забронировали стол, сделали предзаказ. Пригласили гостей, один из них пришел пораньше, звонит и говорит, что ресторан закрыт... Сказать, что мы сильно удивились- ничего не сказать... Позвонили в ресторан, а владелец сказал, что тупо забыл предупредить .. Впечатление , конечно, омерзительное... Пятница, вечер, Питер , заказать без предзаказа очень сложно.. А у человека день рождения.. Читала много про халатность владельцев, не верила. Но убедилась в обратном. С таким отношением врядли получится развиваться...клиентоориентированность ноль. Конечно, никому не посоветую, если в черный список только...

Пытались попасть в ресторан на протяжении нескольких дней. 10 октября на двери висел лист бумаги, на котором от руки было написано, что ресторан будет работать до 14:00. 12 октября уже была другая "записка", гласящая, что данное заведение закрыто на 11 октября и 12 октября. При этом на сайте подобных уведомлений или предупреждений нет. Планы были сорваны.

Были у вас пару дней назад с друзьями иностранцами. Хочу сказать спасибо всей команде ресторана! Кухня на высоте, все сотрудники - профессионалы своего дела! Обязательно вернёмся снова!
