В конце сентября обратилась в Вианор на Плеханова для плановой замены масла в двигателе, и, соответственно, масляного фильтра. Когда моя мама заезжала внутрь на моей машине, главный мастер обругал ее, думая, что его никто не слышит. Но окно в машине было открыто, и я стояла рядом с машиной. После этого сделал приторно любезный вид и еле сдерживая раздражение подошел к ней, чтобы попросить пока не заезжать. После этого общался снисходительно — полное неуважение к женщинам. К сожалению, не запом нила его имя, но как узнаю, напишу еще один отзыв, чтоб знали его в лицо.После замены масла через некоторое время у меня загорелся значок масла на панели. Мне пришлось машину загонять в другую автомастерскую.Специалист другого автосервиса посмотрел мою машину и вот, что он увидел: масло абсолютно все вытекло (просто под ноль!), залит весь двигатель, все в масле!!! (а у меня двигатель был в идеальном состоянии после того, как его недавно перебрали полностью!), масляный фильтр, который мне там поставили, не подходит по размеру — слишком большой, не для моего авто. Масляный фильтр был не затянут, не подходил для моего авто и вот оно и вытекло.В результате этой халатности возникли дополнительные расходы — заново покупали и меняли фильтр на подходящий (еще +500 руб), заново покупали и заливали масло (+2700 руб) (хотя его надо было менять через полгода по-идее) и работа (+500 руб).В итоге банальная плановая замена масла мне обошлась в Вианоре 3500 + дополнительно 3700. Нехило для замены масла 7200 рублей!!!У меня ни разу за 3,5 года владения машиной не вытекало масло! Только после этой криворукой замены в Вианоре. Единственное, неплохие продавцы в магазине на 1 этаже.А все, что касается ремонта — не рекомендую туда вообще обращаться. – показать

1. дорого 2. шины с хранения везут неделю 3. заказал через интернет, приехал на шиномонтаж, оказалось, что они с сайта «информацию не получают». придется ждать еще низвестно сколько 4. за косяки даже не думают извиняться 5. на мойке работают халтурщики
