В договоре пункт 1.1 прописано. При соблюдении условий настоящего Договора Исполнитель обязуется предоставить Подопечному ритуальные услуги, независимо от их стоимости на момент кончины Подопечного. Договор был заключён в 1998г. Кладбище Невзорово было действующим. В приложении прописано, что места на кладбище нет. Так вот основываясь на пункте 5. Особые условия. 5.1 Изменение разряда услуг, способа и предполагаемого места погребения возможно, если заявка на данное изменение подана не менее чем за один месяц до кончины. Сейчас это кладбище закрыто и всех хоронят в Новой деревне , что далеко за чертой города. На наше естественное желание захоронить в Невзорово на место к родственнику нам было предложено доплатить 4 тыс. руб. Также оплатить аренду зала морга 400 руб. и тр-т в морг Пушк. ЦРБ 1000руб. Как говорится поставили перед фактом. А вот законные их действия-вопрос. НА наши сомнения нам было предложено расторгнуть договор и по пункту 3.2 даже не брать с нас неустойку.,т.е. вернуть 2500 и оставайтесь с вашими проблемами за день до похорон. Вот такой подход. Советую всем проверить свой договор.

Соболезную, земляк! Спасибо за информацию. А я и не стал с ними связываться изначально! Шляпник - он и есть шляпник. На месте своего "бутика" в 90-х открыл новый источник доходов - похоронное бюро "Ива-милосердие". Дядя Павел Захаров, как Себастьян Перейро "торговец чёрным деревом". Навешал на себя ярлыков "магов-колдунов и докторов учёных степеней несуществующих наук", а имеет всего лишь аттестат мед.училища, по профилю "медсестра"...
