Сдали телефон с нерабочим Touch screen, а вернули, с нерабочей зарядкой, так как дали чужой телефон. Клиента не слышал вообще. На все один аргумент - механический удар. Сказали, что ремонт 2 недели, а чинят уже 1.5 месяца

Выслал текущий отчёт в конце прошлого года, папе данной девушки. Как и обещал в первой половине дня направляю Вам актуальное состояние по заказу № 6887/1 (Apple iPhone SE (A1723) S/N: DX5TVE76HTVL IMEI: 356613082938838 Описание проблемы с которой сдавалось устройство: Периодически не работает тачскрин. Текущее состояние: при первом обращении клиента выполнена замена дисплейного модуля, так как проблема с работой тачскина в 95% случаев связана с неисправностью дисплейного модуля, но к сожалению, это не наш случай. С новым дисплейным модулем проблема в работе сенсора сохраняется, по сути являясь плавающим дефектом. Выполнены следующие работы: сняли микросхему U4300 (контроллер тачскрина для Apple iPhone 5S/SE U15 (343S0645) в последствии чего выявили повреждение печатных проводников "пятаков" под микросхемой. На данный момент восстановлено более десяти контактных площадок. Дополнительно: под соседней микросхемой U4301 восстанавливаются цепи питания связанные с микросхемой U4300. Фото работы инженера прилагаются. Работы продолжаются. Сервисный центр "IT-CAT" г.Ханты-Мансийск Ремонтировать, нельзя выбросить. Отличный сервис. Обращения по двум телефонам и планшету, все отлично! Предоставляют длительную гарантию на ремонт (ни разу не понадобилась). Второй телефон у меня редкий, однако здесь отремонтировали, с него и пишу! Проблем с общением не было, все доступно и четко объясняли. По срокам не подводили. Если понадобиться вновь, пойду только сюда.
