Не серьёзная организация... Заказали стартер, менеджер сказал по наличию есть. По факту ждем 3 месяца...

Азат, здравствуйте. Пожалуйста, уточните артикул оплаченного и до сих пор неотгруженного в Ваш адрес стартера. У нашей компании нет (и никогда не было) неотгруженных позиций, которые были подтверждены из наличия и оплачены покупателем.

Где можно посмотреть артикул? Заказали товар в августе. Доставили только 21.11.2019. А менеджер уверял что стартер есть по наличию и в итоге 3 месяца прождали... Если бы знали, заказали бы в другом месте

После оплаты товара из НАЛИЧИЯ в нашей компании этот товар немедленно отгружается покупателю вместе с сопровождающими документами, в которых в графе "Наименование товара" и указывается его артикул

Азат, спасибо за уточнение, ММ 255 - электродвигатель, специфичный для российского потребителя и, к сожалению, на остатках у торгующих организаций данного электродвигателя нет. Также его не было в дату Вашего заказа (13.08.2019). Именно поэтому Вашей организацией была подписана спецификация сроком 60 календарных дней согласно срокам производства данного электродвигателя. Заказ сразу был отправлен в производство. Производство данного двигателя было отложено по независящим от нас причинам. В связи с этим для выполнения своих обязательств было принято решение на закупку данного электродвигателя у европейского поставщика. Мы еще раз сожалеем, что вызвали у Вас отрицательные эмоции, но компании Искра АЕ и Искра Восток приложили достаточно много усилий, чтобы электродвигатель как можно быстрее оказался у Вас.
