Добрый день. Ну если он добрый. "Помыли" сегодня мне машину, я оказалась в ужасе. Не первый раз мою там машинку, но от этого раза просто в шоке. Во первых, мойщик оказались пьяны(сразу не поняла), во вторых, после звонка о том что машина помыта и забирайте(прошло около полутрочаса) я увидела то что машина не фига не чиста и ещё больше обомлела от скола на крыле, которого сто процентов не было! Попросила пригласить начальника, на то что получила отказ. В итоге все переделывали в моем присутствии, мойщик Игорь просто падал через пылесос, ножки видимо совсем не держали. И так вовремя зашёл старший так сказать по "званию", принес извинения и мойка пришлась мне безплатно, но осадок остался очень неприятный((( Прошу найдите хороших мойщиков и не берите не пойми кого.

Забыли снять защитные колпачки с амортизаторов, пришлось всю работу делать по новому. Не мастера а школьники!!! Очень следите за работой мастера Виктора, делает детские ошибки.

Добрый день. Какие ещё защитные колпачки? Понимаете просто такого о чём Вы пишите просто не существует. Откуда Вы знаете что это такое, Вы может что то путаете? Или Вас запутали? А можно узнать номер авто, когда Вы у нас его ремонтировали? В нашей базе данных Вас нет.

С любым дополнительным колпаком собрать, установит амортизатор не получится. Вы хоть номер авто напишите. Не понимаю о каком авто вообще речь идёт.

Прошло больше недели, а вы так и не предоставили информацию, ни номер машины, ни дату посещения нашего СТО, поэтому, это все выглядит как клевета в наш адрес.
